SHIPPING & RETURNS
We encourage everyone to please make sure that your shipping and billing address are exactly the same, the billing address entered must match the card that you use during checkout. If the address does not match your order will be canceled.

After completion of your order you will then receive an automatic email with your tracking number please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Your order is then sent to the post office and takes 4-5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included within our shipping time frame.

EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product and sanitary precautions, there are no exchange on wigs with no exceptions unless we sent out the wrong item to you. All sales are finale. If there’s an issue with your order please contact us within 48-72 hours we will respond accordingly.

PROCESSING TIME
The approximate turnaround time for our custom wigs is 15-20 business days for completion of each unit, with no exceptions we do not do rush orders as all orders are fulfilled in the order they were received.

REFUNDS
Once your item is paid for we have a standard 24-48 hour process time for all payments, Once construction then begins on your unit. There are absolutely no refunds on orders, due to the nature of the product and customization.
